Max Murray held at the Ross McLarty oval in Pinjarra is one of those shows you always like the drive to, whether your local or from the Perth ‘burbs just that little further away, its’ well worth it, especially when the cooler temps mean effortless cruising.
This year numbers were down as it was the Easter long weekend. but when you book this event for the same time each year you’re bound to get caught on a holiday. Not that it stopped the majority of people driving down there, with about 170 entered and a few more out on the street parking and with the Monaro Nationals held as part of the show, as usual, there was something for everyone.
Still with the dyno operated by B.Y.E performance, although moved to northside and the R/C guys near the other end, you pretty much had all the usual things to keep even the little tykes occupied, hopefully next year more people do the drive and come down cause this is one event you Should do every year!
