It was that time again to get the XR8 clean and go for a drive with hundreds of other Ford lovers and owners on the bi annual all Ford day cruise for 2014.
Every year the Mustang owners club of WA put on either a show or a cruise, alternating them each year and this year it was time to cruise. 3 meet up locations were on the menu with our closest being the Cockburn central location meeting up at 9am , we arrived around 9:45am to an already massive amount of cars from XB’s ,FGs and new mustangs all clean and ready to go driving !
This year’s cruise was a massive 2 hour run totaling just over 90km’s and the weather stayed perfect the whole trip, we even took the EB XR8 on its first journey down Zig zag road. The cruise included a hilly drive, down the zigs and through the swan valley , finally meeting up at Kingsway football club where hot food, coffee and a massive at least 600 cars were on display.
