our good friend Bryan Smith from Bryan Smith photography braved the crowds this weekend and took some images at the ‘ Chill 360 ‘ perth session of the V8 Supercars at Barbagallo raceway . Bryan tells us ..
” There was a huge number of race fans at this years event and the inclusion of the two new manufactures made for some spectacular viewing.
The sound of the V8 Mercedes stirred a few of the faithful as it really has an incredible and distinct note.
Whether they were there to see the new V8 Supercar teams or even Casey Stoner racing in the development series, there was plenty to see. The Historic Touring Car Masters put on a great show with legendary names like John Bowe and Jim Richards racing their machines around the track.
The support categories comprised of the V8 Utes, Saloon Cars and the Formula Fords. All of these putting on a great show for the crowds as well.”
